Start Booked offers educational workshops and coaching services designed to help holistic practitioners and service providers:

• • Identify their ideal client avatar
• • Build signature offers and pricing structures
• • Develop actionable strategies to book clients
• • Transform their expertise into consistent income

Workshop Registration: When you register for a workshop, you agree to pay the stated registration fee. All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processor.

Payment Terms: Payment is due at the time of registration. All fees are in USD unless otherwise stated.

Account Information: You are responsible for maintaining accurate and current registration information, including your email address for workshop access and communications.

Cancellation by You: If you need to cancel your registration, please contact us as soon as possible. Refunds may be provided at our discretion depending on the timing of your cancellation request.

Cancellation by Us: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule workshops due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will be offered a full refund or the option to attend a rescheduled session.

No-Show Policy: If you fail to attend a scheduled workshop without prior notice, no refund will be provided. However, you will receive access to the workshop recording.

All content provided during our workshops, including but not limited to presentations, documents, templates, recordings, and materials, are the intellectual property of Freebuilt Founders and Christel Crawford.

Limited License: You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials provided for your personal business purposes only. You may not:

• • Reproduce, distribute, or sell the materials to third parties
• • Modify or create derivative works without written permission
• • Use the materials to teach or coach others commercially

When participating in our workshops and using our services, you agree to:

• • Treat all participants and instructors with respect
• • Maintain confidentiality of other participants' shared information
• • Not engage in disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate behavior
• • Not record or screenshot workshop sessions without explicit permission

We reserve the right to remove any participant who violates these conduct standards without refund.

No Guarantees: While we strive to provide valuable educational content and strategies, we do not guarantee specific results, income, or business outcomes. Your success depends on your own effort, implementation, and circumstances.

Educational Purpose: Our workshops are provided for educational and informational purposes only. They do not constitute professional business, legal, or financial advice.

As-Is Basis: Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Freebuilt Founders and Christel Crawford shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services, including but not limited to:

• • Loss of profits or revenue
• • Loss of business opportunities
• • Technical difficulties or access issues

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific workshop or service.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through good faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be subject to binding arbitration or legal proceedings in accordance with applicable law.
